The Supplier creates an account on LiqEase.com, and uploads a scanned copy of his invoice to the Buyer.
The Buyer receives a request to confirm the validity of the invoice and by using its digital signature, approves it.
LiqEase then creates a smart-contract, which is a representation of the invoice as a digital asset.

PROJECT BIDDING

Institutional Investors bid on the Project in parts (a share of the Project) or as a whole. The one that wins the bid provide the funds to the business at the agreed terms.
The Institutional Investor then holds the Project until the date of maturity, or trade it in LiqEase’s secondary marketplace platform.

Suppliers can easily create their project by uploading the invoice(s) and select the maximum discount rate.
